The wastewater treatment plant Erbach of the municipal enterprise Stadtentwässerung Fellbach ("SEF") is part of the critical infrastructure and makes a significant contribution to ensuring public services. Therefore, a stable, efficient and future-proof energy supply is of central importance to avoid failures and ensure supply security. Against the background of increasing requirements for energy efficiency, climate protection and supply security, SEF plans to develop and implement an overall energy concept for the wastewater treatment plant Erbach with a partner, which covers both heat and power generation. In this context, SEF intends to award services for the conception, planning and implementation of a coherent energy supply concept for the wastewater treatment plant Erbach in Fellbach as well as the subsequent supply of heat and power in a contracting model.
