Slovakia – Flatwork for children's play area – Zelené sídliská / lokalita BERNOLÁKOVA-RADVANSKÁ, 1.etapa

The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works related to the revitalisation of inner-block spaces in the Bernolákova - Radvanská locality in the city of Banská Bystrica. The construction works include the complete reconstruction of a multifunctional playground, along with the construction of a retaining wall, fencing, and a railing with the placement of football goals, basketball hoops, and lines for various games, including the addition of play and fitness elements along the promenade. The works include excavation, the installation of edging, the creation of paved surfaces, the installation of play and fitness elements, and furniture. Another part of the construction works is the creation of a natural children's playground under the multifunctional playground for younger children with new, standardised play elements – a sandbox, a chalkboard, a double swing, and a climbing frame with a slide, the impact area of which is covered in bark. The reconstruction of footpaths, the installation of furniture, and the reconstruction of public lighting. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in the annexes of the tender documents (hereinafter also "SP"), in particular in the measurement statements (Annex 2a-c SP), project documentation (Annex 3a-c SP) and in Annex 1a-c SP – Contract for Work (hereinafter also "contract").
