Luxembourg – Damage or loss insurance services – Prestation de services d’assurance incendie et risques connexes

Currently, the coverage of the European Court of Auditors (ECA) property complex against the risk of fire and related risks is the subject of a framework contract [n°06C60/2021/FWK/M014/2/CNT(2021)106], signed by the European Parliament following an interinstitutional procurement procedure conducted by that institution for the EU institutions and bodies located in Luxembourg. Following the conclusion of the reflection group on insurance contracts for damage to the institutions and bodies of the Union located in Luxembourg, agreed at the CALux meeting of 26 June 2024, which aims to launch separate tenders by institution for fire insurance and related risks upon the expiry of the current interinstitutional contract, the ECA must launch its own tender to cover these needs. The service subject to this contract is the coverage of the ECA buildings against the risk of fire and related risks, through an insurance of the "all risks except" type. The insured property is the ECA property complex and its contents.
