France – Technical inspection and testing services – Accords-Cadres à Bons de Commande relatifs à la réalisation de diagnostics techniques des parements en brique du patrimoine collectif de PARTENORD Le Groupe (2027-2030)

Framework agreements with purchase orders concluded in accordance with Articles R. 2124-2, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5, R. 2161-13 and R. 2161-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreements are concluded for a period of 12 months from 1 January 2027. They are then tacitly renewable three times for periods of 12 months, under the conditions provided for in the CCAP. They are concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 150,000 euro(s) excluding tax per lot, i.e. 600,000 euro(s) excluding tax per lot over the total duration of the framework agreements. Each of the lots is single-supplier. The prices are unit prices and reviewable under the conditions provided for in the CCAP. Free variants (at the initiative of the candidate) constituting an alternative, whatever its nature, to the consultation file, as well as those constituting an additional service, are prohibited. The consultation file includes no variants or additional services at the initiative of the contracting authority.
