Netherlands – Houses construction work – EU aanbesteding Sloop- en nieuwbouw 93 woningen Tjamsweer te Appingedam

National Coordinator Groningen (NCG) is looking for a maximum of 2 (two) Contractors for the 5 (five) plots to conclude a development and contracting agreement for the implementation of the project ‘Demolition and New Construction of 93 Homes Tjamsweer in Appingedam’. For this, the European restricted procedure for Works according to Chapter 3 ARW 2016 is followed. NCG will organise a kick-off on Monday 2 March 2026 from 16.00 to 18.00 to inform interested parties about the main goals and points of attention regarding the project ‘Demolition and New Construction of 93 Homes Tjamsweer in Appingedam’. Interested parties will also have the opportunity to ask questions. Interested parties can participate in the kick-off with a maximum of 2 persons. If you wish to be present at this kick-off, NCG requests you to register via Mercell Messages including the persons (name + function) from your organisation who will be present at the kick-off.
