The three hospitals in Aurich, Emden, and Norden are to be merged into a single clinic. The plan is to build a dispersed complex consisting of several buildings with the associated traffic, parking, and open spaces. The Central Clinic will be a modern 814-bed facility centrally located between the cities of Aurich, Emden, and Norden on a 36-hectare site in Uthwerdum. The building plot is located in Uthwerdum, a district of the municipality of Südbrookmerland in the district of Aurich in East Frisia. The site will be accessed via the adjacent federal roads B72 and B21 to the south. The tender includes the supply and installation of components for the KGR 410 - waste water, water, gas systems, including fire-fighting technology in the buildings of the Supply Centre, Somatic and Centre for Mental Recovery.
