Framework agreement for the supply of software license packages with a duration of 36 months. The initiation of the present public procurement procedure takes place as a result of the cancellation of the simplified procedure for the procurement of a software license package related to the simplified participation notice no. SCN1176273 of 12.06.2026, a procedure cancelled administratively, pursuant to art. 212 (1) a) of Law 98/2016, as no tenders were submitted.
