The contracting authority is undertaking a European procurement procedure to select and implement a robust and future-proof Youth Health Care Information System (DDJGZ). The system must be fully operational and ready for use upon delivery. The DDJGZ must meet the specified functional and technical requirements and be sustainably designed. The chosen SaaS solution must provide a scalable basis for further development and future needs within Youth Health Care. The contract concerns the delivery, implementation, and management of a SaaS application (DDJGZ) for the benefit of Youth Health Care. The scope includes configuration, data migration, integration with relevant external systems, user training, and ongoing management and support. The system must be available for approximately 230 employees and be suitable for scaling. The contract has a duration of 10 years, including optional extensions.
