Description

The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the planning, delivery, installation, commissioning, as well as maintenance and support of a wireless fence detection system for securing the properties of Stadtwerke München GmbH. The system serves to protect the perimeter of critical infrastructure facilities and must be able to reliably detect unauthorised access (e.g. climbing, cutting, manipulation of fence systems). The system must be compatible with the existing Varya system and be able to use the existing interface to the security and control centre system (PSIM system Advancis WinGuard). The scope of services includes in particular: • Planning and design of fence detection systems • Delivery and installation of wireless sensors incl. system components • Integration into existing security and IT infrastructures • Conducting tests, calibration and commissioning • Maintenance, troubleshooting, updates and technical support • Technical documentation and optional training services The system to be used must in particular: • function wirelessly (no excavation required), • be suitable for various types of fences, • be operable in high-voltage environments, • ensure high detection security with a low false alarm rate, • and demonstrate compatibility with the existing fence system. The framework agreement covers the equipment of approximately 10 to 20 locations with an estimated total length of approximately 6,000 m of fencing. The services will be called up as needed.
