Management of level 2 technological incidents, including technical support and resolution of the same, corresponding to the intermediate users formed by the staff of the public administrations affected by the electronic procedures of the tourism and work areas, and by the final users (interested parties and general public) in the use of electronic management and in the organization of all the IT resources of the tourism and work areas, of the current Department of Tourism and Employment, all of this with the aim of complying with the legal provisions related to electronic administration.
