The municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn is looking for a party to create a design for the restoration, renovation, sustainability and repurposing of the old Town Hall. This party is responsible for the entire design trajectory, from the Preliminary Design (PD) to the Technical Design (TD). The Technical Design will be put out to market and is the basis for the selection of a contractor. After award, the TD, in close cooperation with the selected contractor, must be further optimized and developed into a Construction-Ready Design (CRD). The Contract consists mainly of drawing up a Preliminary Design (PD), Definitive Design (DD), a Technical Design (TD) and a Construction-Ready Design (CRD).
