Poland – Printing services – Usługa obsługi wydruku na rzecz Izby Administracji Skarbowej w Lublinie i podległych jednostek organizacyjnych

1. The subject of the contract is the service of print management for the Tax Administration Chamber in Lublin and its subordinate organisational units. 2. The implementation of the contract subject includes: 1) leasing and comprehensive maintenance of 470 stationary multifunctional and printing devices, including devices for printing on envelopes and return receipts; 2) leasing and comprehensive maintenance of 13 mobile thermal printers; 3) comprehensive maintenance of 131 stationary devices of the Contracting Entity; 4) provision of consumables for 76 mobile inkjet printers of the Contracting Entity and 14 stationary printers used by the Contracting Entity, the owner of which is the Chełm Border Crossing Service Office in Lublin; 5) provision of consumables (A4 thermal paper) for 5 own mobile thermal printers of the Contracting Entity; 6) provision of printing, envelope printing, return receipts, copying and scanning of documents on leased devices (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor's devices) and the Contracting Entity's own devices (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Entity's devices); 7) training of indicated employees of the Contracting Entity at the device installation site in the scope of basic device operation; 8) provision of a platform for reporting device failures upon request of the Contracting Entity. 3. Detailed description and rules for the implementation of the contract subject are contained in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ – Contract Draft – together with the annexes. 4. Additional requirements related to the implementation of the contract subject regarding the employment of persons based on an employment contract are specified in Section IV, paragraph 3 of the SWZ and in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ – Contract Draft.
