Poland – Chemical products – Sukcesywna dostawa wody amoniakalnej i wapna hydratyzowanego na potrzeby eksploatacji Instalacji Oczyszczania Spalin w RADPEC S.A.

The subject of the contract is the "Successive delivery of ammonia water and hydrated lime for the operation of the Flue Gas Desulphurisation Plant in RADPEC S.A." in the following estimated quantities: a) Ammonia water: 605 Mg b) Hydrated lime: 2 981 Mg Deliveries will be made on the basis of partial orders, transported by the Contractor and at their expense, directly to the Contracting Authority's facilities, namely Południe Heating Plant at ul. Żelaznej 7 in Radom and Północ Heating Plant at ul. Z. Holszańskiego 3 in Radom. The subject of the contract has been divided into two parts. The CONTRACTING AUTHORITY allows the possibility of submitting tenders for each part separately. a. Part 1 - Successive delivery of Ammonia water in the estimated quantity of 605 Mg, in accordance with Annex No. 6 to SWZ - Contract Draft b. Part 2 - Successive delivery of Hydrated lime in the estimated quantity of 2 981 Mg, in accordance with Annex No. 6 to SWZ - Contract Draft, The Contracting Authority declares that the forecast of ammonia water and hydrated lime consumption indicated above is only an approximate value of consumption, which during the execution of the Contract may also decrease or increase in relation to this forecast. The actual consumption of sorbents (less or more than the forecast) will depend solely on the actual needs, with the proviso that regardless of the amount of consumption the Contractor is obliged in each case to apply the prices offered in the tender. The Contracting Authority does not limit the number of Contract Parts that can be awarded to one Contractor, the Contractor may submit a Tender for one or two Contract Parts. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make a selection of the Tender for each Part of the subject of the contract separately. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant tenders or in the form of electronic catalogues. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the awarding of contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law.
