France – Landscaping work – Marché de travaux Espaces verts (EV1 et EV2)

This contract concerns the execution of landscaping works as part of the tramway operation. The works mainly involve:

- Site preparation works (D.I.C.T., possible request for electrical network consignments, request for traffic and parking closure order, installation of no-parking signs at the appropriate times and dates),

- Staking and leveling services,

- Preparation of surfaces for seeding,

- Supply and installation of topsoil and the supply and application of amendments,

- Supply and installation of soil-stone mix and the supply and application of amendments,

- Excavation of pits, filling of tree, shrub, and planting trench pits, planted beds of grasses and perennials,

- Supply and planting of standard trees or coppice, shrubs, perennials, grasses, ground covers, according to the project plans provided,

- Supply and sowing of grass seed or turf,

- Supply and installation of biodegradable mulch, stakes, anti-root barriers, and trunk protection for trees,

- Maintenance and remedial works for three years for standard trees,

- Maintenance and remedial works for one year for coppice, shrubs, standards, perennials, grasses, ground covers,

- Maintenance of lawns for one year following contract completion (excluding the tramway platform),

- Guarantee of plant replacement, starting from the partial or complete acceptance of the works for a period of one year, except for standard trees, which are subject to a three-year guarantee.
