Subscription and maintenance service for medical equipment manufactured by Dräger, including spare parts. -The preventive maintenance kits and spare parts, subject to periodic replacement, according to the manufacturer's instructions, are included in the subscription price (according to the preventive maintenance plan for the relevant device – Appendix to the Technical Specification). -Spare parts necessary for repairs to the subscribed equipment are included in the subscription contract price. They will be used for repairs as instructed by the service specialists after a diagnosis has been performed upon request from the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY or during maintenance or inspection of the equipment, without requiring additional payment from the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY. -Costs for diagnostics, repairs, inspections, maintenance, and training of newly hired personnel or other visits requested by the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, which are related to the provided maintenance service, are included in the subscription price. -The warranty period for the spare parts used is 12 months, unless the manufacturer has specified a different period, and for a repaired unit or detail - 6 months from the date of its return to the client after the repair has been completed. -The planned activities for one calendar year are one inspection and one maintenance with the use of preventive maintenance parts and kits. Protocols are provided to the client after their completion. -Unplanned activities such as diagnostics, repairs, training, and other visits are carried out as needed or upon request, without limiting the number of requests from the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY. -The participant must provide a declaration from the manufacturer or a certificate from the manufacturer or another document from the manufacturer, confirming that they have access with a username and password to the specialized service module ServiceConnectDesktop, which is used for: * diagnostics and testing of the equipment * access to the latest validated software versions for the devices * retrieval of reports on the status of the devices * access to service modes and analysis of parameters in real time * console for installing software on the devices * catalog of new spare parts * access to the latest versions of the service documentation.
