Romania – Technical assistance services – GR-CS-04 Asistenta tehnica pentru managementul proiectului, supervizarea lucrarilor si asistenta tehnica acordata de proiectant pe durata executiei lucrarilor din cadrul “Proiectului regional de dezvoltare a infrastructurii de apă și apă uzată din județul Giurgiu”

Under this contract, the following activities will be ensured:

Activity A - Technical assistance for Project Management

A.1 Ensuring the publicity of the project and informing the population;

A.2 Support in project management

A.3 Technical assistance from the designer

Activity B - Supervision of the project's works execution

B.1 Activities in the pre-construction phase;

B.2 Activities during the construction period;

B.3 Post-construction activities

NOTE: Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders: 20

Deadline by which the contracting entity will respond to clarification/information requests: 11th day before the deadline set for receiving tenders.

Any reference in the present award documentation (including the terms of reference), by which a particular origin, source, production, a special process, a trademark or trade name, a patent, and/or a manufacturing license, a standard, an authorization/certification/attestation, a service or a requirement is indicated, shall be read and interpreted as being accompanied by the mention "or equivalent".
