Romania – Snow-clearing services – „Servicii de deszăpezire” pentru Direcția Județeană de Transport, Administrarea Drumurilor Județene și Control Trafic Giurgiu – perioada 2026–2028

Snow-clearing services for the multiannual (2026–2028) prevention and combating of snow on county roads – current winter maintenance of county roads in Giurgiu County during the periods 15.11.2026 – 15.03.2027 and 15.11.2027 – 15.03.2028, in accordance with Giurgiu County Council Decision No. 232/30.10.2025. The services consist mainly of removing snow from the carriageway and spreading anti-skid material (sand/salt/calcium chloride) to combat skidding/slipping, in accordance with «Normativul privind prevenirea și combaterea înzăpezirii drumurilor publice» – indicative AND No. 525-2013, in the quantities provided in the terms of reference. NOTE: According to the provisions of Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority sets 1 deadline - within which it will ensure a clear and complete response to the requests for clarification/supplementary information from tenderers as follows: The number of days within which clarification requests can be made before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/supplementary information 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
