Romania – High voltage installation work – Constructie LES 110 kV între statia electrică de transformare 110/6 kV Medgidia Nord si statia electrică de transformare 400/110 kV Medgidia Sud

Works are necessary for strengthening the existing electrical network owned by the network operator upstream of the connection point and for carrying out general strengthening works to meet the N-1 element functionality criterion in the 110 kV RED from the RER zone. A new 110 kV LES will be built between the Medgidia Nord-Medgidia Sud stations, with a length of 8.4 km. The 110/6 kV Medgidia Nord Electricity Transformation Station is managed by Rețele Electrice Romania SA. The 400/110 kV Medgidia Sud Transformation Station is managed by the Transport Operator CN Transelectrica. The 110/6 kV Medgidia Nord Electricity Transformation Station, at the 110 kV voltage level, is of the outdoor type, with semi-high-mounted equipment, with equipment supports. The station was sized for the short-circuit ceiling of: 6000 MVA on the 110 kV side. The 110/6 kV Medgidia Nord Electricity Transformation Station is located in Constanța County, within and outside the city of Medgidia. The works will be carried out within the Medgidia Nord Electricity Transformation Station and in the urban and rural areas of the city of Medgidia, mostly in the non-trafficable public domain and in some places in the trafficable zone of the city. Interested economic operators may request clarifications or additional information no later than the 20th day before the deadline for submitting participation requests/offer, and the Contracting Entity will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests from economic operators by the set deadline - in accordance with art. 29 para. (3) of HG 394/2016. The Contracting Entity reserves the right to transmit two consolidated responses, in accordance with the provisions of art. 172 para. (2) and art. 173 para. (1) of Law no. 99/2016, as follows: – a first consolidated response, sent no later than the 11th day before the original deadline for submitting offers; – a second consolidated response, sent no later than the 11th day before the modified deadline for submitting offers, in the event that the deadline for submitting offers is extended, under the conditions of art. 163 of Law no. 99/2016. The Contracting Entity will only respond to clarification requests from economic operators by the set deadline, in accordance with art. 29 para. (3) of HG 394/2016. The estimated value of the contract is: 52,025,864.98 RON and does not include various and unforeseen expenses (at 4.509908%).
