The contract concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of ultrasound devices, including the associated probes, software modules, accessories and supporting services, intended for use within the hospital. The framework agreement is set up with a view to hospital-wide application, so that various services can have access to the equipment that matches their specific clinical needs and expertise. The framework agreement aims to create a flexible and transparent procurement framework, in which multiple undertakings are selected to be eligible for the supply of the equipment and services during the term of the agreement. Within this framework, a call for competition (mini-competition) is organised for each specific need, in which the selected suppliers can submit a tender for the specific device or desired configuration.
