The subject of the order is the execution of construction works including: 1) modernisation, reconstruction and thermo-modernisation of a multi-family residential building located at ul. Jana Sobieskiego 430A in Bielsko-Biała, including connection to the municipal district heating network and comprehensive improvement and modernisation of the land development, 2) modernisation with reconstruction, extension and thermo-modernisation of five multi-family residential buildings located at ul. Jana Sobieskiego 432, 434, 436, 438, 442 in Bielsko-Biała, including connection to the municipal district heating network and comprehensive land development, 3) effective completion of the construction completion procedure before the building supervision authority, i.e. notifying the building supervision authority of the completion of the works or obtaining a decision on the permit for use. The material scope of the order subject has been defined in: 1) OPZ, constituting Annex 1 to the Specification; 2) OPZ for the delivery, installation, commissioning and configuration of the visual monitoring system for the residential buildings at ul. Jana Sobieskiego 430A, 432, 434, 436, 438, 442, constituting Annex 2 to the Specification, where, whenever the Specification refers to a description of the order subject, this should be understood to mean both of these descriptions, 3) design and technical documentation including: a) the design for the renovation, reconstruction and thermo-modernisation of the multi-family residential building at ul. Jana Sobieskiego 430A in Bielsko-Biała, including a change in the use of the unused attic to an auxiliary room in the apartment together with the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, b) the design for the renovation, reconstruction, extension and thermo-modernisation of the multi-family residential building at ul. Jana Sobieskiego 432 in Bielsko-Biała together with the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, c) the design for the renovation, reconstruction, extension and thermo-modernisation of the multi-family residential building at ul. Jana Sobieskiego 434 in Bielsko-Biała together with the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, d) the design for the renovation, reconstruction, extension and thermo-modernisation of the multi-family residential building at ul. Jana Sobieskiego 436 in Bielsko-Biała together with the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, e) the design for the renovation, reconstruction, extension and thermo-modernisation of the multi-family residential building at ul. Jana Sobieskiego 438 in Bielsko-Biała together with the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, f) the design for the renovation, reconstruction, extension and thermo-modernisation of the multi-family residential building at ul. Jana Sobieskiego 442 in Bielsko-Biała together with the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, g) revisions to the designs, h) material changes, i) Detailed Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works – thin-layer facade coating ECOBAUTER (or equivalent), j) building permits - decisions of the President of the City of Bielsko-Biała no. 48/2023 of 26.01.2023 and no. 673/2022 of 07.09.2022, k) water permit - decision of the Director of the Katowice Catchment Area Management no. GL.ZUZ.2.4210.512.2022.AS of 30.09.2022, provided in electronic version under the link located in Annex 3 to the Specification on the page of the conducted procedure 4) scope of works.
