The concession contract involves the supply, installation, management and maintenance of standalone advertising structures in the public space of the municipality of Vlaardingen. In return, the contractor obtains the exclusive right to the commercial exploitation of these structures. The contracting authority offers market parties the opportunity to realise and exploit standalone advertising structures in the public space. The contract involves the supply, installation, management and maintenance of standalone advertising structures in the public space of the municipality of Vlaardingen, in accordance with at least the following principles:

• A maximum of twenty (20) standalone advertising structures may be installed.

• At least seven (7) locations will have a standalone advertising structure, at least one side of which is equipped with a digital screen. All other advertising structures may be executed both analog and digital.
