Germany – Technical inspection services of engineering structures – Technisches Monitoring gemäß HOAI 2021

As part of a special construction programme of the State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, five new police stations are to be built at the locations of Bad Doberan, Sassnitz, Gadebusch, Friedland and Ueckermünde. This involves a model design, which already exists and is to be implemented with a building length of approx. 70 m, in a three-storey and a four-storey variant. The first two locations mentioned are to be constructed in four-storey building design and the last three mentioned in three-storey building design. The design is a modified variant of the already implemented new building of the police station in Sanitz. The building itself, as well as the open spaces, are designed according to the Police Standard Handbook and are designed as administrative buildings, which should nevertheless convey a certain distinctiveness, but also presence. In addition, cost advantages with regard to the fees and time advantages are created.
