Romania – Analysis apparatus – Furnizare echipamente științifice – P03 – Proteomică 2 în cadrul proiectului CENTRUL INTERNAȚIONAL DE STUDII AVANSATE PENTRU SISTEME FLUVII – MĂRI „DANUBIUS – RO”, cod SMIS 304273

The overall objective of the DANUBIUS-RO project is the construction, equipping, and operationalization of the Romanian components of the pan-European distributed research infrastructure. The purpose of this contract is to extend the research capabilities of the INCDSB – Murighiol Research Centre with equipment capable of providing critical information about the biodiversity of the Romanian section of the Danube-Delta-Danube-Black Sea system and generating data for the implementation of medium- and long-term statistical studies on the evolution of biodiversity and its role in the natural regulation mechanisms of trophic chains. The purpose of the award procedure is the public procurement of scientific equipment necessary for the scientific research equipment – proteomics, necessary for the research facilities of the Murighiol Hub, the operationalization of which is the responsibility of the Contracting Authority within the framework of the project PCIDIF „DANUBIUS – RO INTERNATIONAL ADVANCED STUDY CENTRE FOR RIVER – SEA SYSTEMS”, code SMIS 304273. To achieve the indicators assumed by the DANUBIUS-RO project and the implementation of the activities envisaged to obtain the results assumed by the funding application code SMIS 304273, the contracting authority is interested in the procurement of an integrated set of equipment for thermogravimetric analysis, installation, commissioning, training, and post-delivery service during the warranty period: 1. Thermogravimetric analyzer with Reaction Gas Sampling and Transfer System (interface) and data control and interpretation software - 1 unit 2. Gas chromatograph coupled with mass spectrometer (GC/MS) and data control and interpretation software - 1 unit 3. Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscope (FTIR) and data control and interpretation software - 1 unit. The technical specifications of the equipment and goods to be supplied, as well as the requirements regarding installation, commissioning, staff training, testing, and post-delivery service during the warranty period, are detailed in the Tender Dossier. The number of days before the deadline for the receipt of Tenders during which Tenderers may request clarifications: 20 days. The number of calendar days before the deadline for the receipt of Tenders by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification and/or additional information received from interested economic operators: 11 days.
