Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Originale-Rabattverträge 2026-01 - Cannabis

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for cannabis (for the division into lots, see below) in accordance with § 130a para. 8 in conjunction with § 31 para. 6 SGB V. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House-Originale procedure of the participating funds: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The participating health insurers do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, beginning on 01.04.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 31.03.2028, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. Joining this Open-House-Originale procedure is possible at any time during the contract period.
