SBH | School Construction Hamburg, as a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), is tasked with planning, building, maintaining, and managing school properties in accordance with educational needs and economic principles, and leasing more than 400 schools to the Authority for School and Vocational Training (BSB).

The Anna-Susanna-Stieg Primary School will be expanded with a multifunctional classroom building, including a canteen, vital kitchen, and single-court sports hall. The new building will, for the first time, enable the formation of at least five-track year centres. To the east, the new central schoolyard adjoins, and to the south and between the sports halls, the outdoor sports facilities are planned.

The services to be provided include the supply and installation of a large kitchen facility for the school. The equipment includes unrefrigerated storage areas with shelving, preparation areas with stainless steel furniture, thermal appliances and other equipment, a serving counter with mobile serving furniture, and a dishwashing kitchen with a double-basket dishwasher incl. feed and discharge tables and various mobile appliances. Some of the appliances are in use in the existing kitchen and must be dismantled, checked, and installed in the new kitchen by the contractor.
