The subject of the contract is the provision of professional development services for pedagogical staff and specialist staff, in particular the provision of innovative training as well as updating training focused on the development of professional competencies, the application of innovative methods in the educational process and the management of stressful situations in accordance with § 42(1)(f) and (g) of Act No. 138/2019 Coll. on pedagogical staff and specialist staff and amending and supplementing certain laws. The services which are the subject of the contract may only be provided by a supplier authorised to provide innovative training in accordance with § 67 of Act No. 138/2019 Coll.
