Netherlands – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Installatie adviseur Sportcomplex Sportpark

The objective of this Procurement is to select and contract one installation advisor responsible for an installation design for a publicly accessible utility building ‘’Sportcomplex Sportpark’’. The project objective is to realise a functional, sustainable and future-proof sports complex that facilitates education, general sports and swimming sports and also contributes to the experience and identity of the Sportpark. Under the sports complex, there is a parking facility. The scope of the assignment concerns the installation design for the new sports complex. The following components are procured separately and added to the design team as disciplines: architect, constructor, building physics and water treatment. These components are an integral part of the design brief. The installation advisor is responsible for the installation design (VO, DO, TO) of the sports complex. The starting points and frameworks as set out in the Programme of Requirements Sportcomplex, plot passport C1, image quality plan Sportpark and Urban Development Plan Sportpark apply. During the term of the agreement, the Procuring Entity reserves the right to extend the agreement with the following services: Contractor takes into account an additional assignment for the constructive design work on the adjacent site. This concerns a separate design technical elaboration that may be additionally requested to be tendered. Furthermore, there is the possibility to extend the parking garage to two levels.
