Extension and renovation of the primary school in Nettlingen for full-day school operation, Am Park 3 in 31185 Söhlde. The municipality of Söhlde has decided to extend and renovate the primary school in Nettlingen to a full-day school. The project will be implemented with the GKHi Gesellschaft für Kommunale Immobilien. The existing school building is located on the property Am Park 3 in Nettlingen, owned by the municipality of Söhlde. The single-track primary school will accommodate approximately 100 students in 4 classes of 25 students each. Prior to this, the municipality of Söhlde commissioned a concept study for the extension and renovation of the primary school in Nettlingen to a full-day school. The concept study, developed in discussions with the administration and school management, is the basis for the above planning. In addition to necessary renovation measures in the existing structure, the renovation and extension will be carried out in 3 construction phases from 2027 to 2029. The planning will take place after the VgV negotiation procedure from August 2026. The cost groups 300 + 400 of the three construction phases have been estimated at 1,192,000.00 euros gross for the extensions. The costs for renovation measures, as well as for the property (KG 100), preparation/ development (KG 200), equipment (KG 600), incidental construction costs (KG 700) and financing costs (KG 800) are not included in the cost estimate. The new construction should be functionally and economically planned in medium equipment quality and be made barrier-free. The use of environmentally compatible and sustainable building materials is preferred. The preliminary and design planning will be coordinated in detail with the administration and the school management in the planning process.
