Belgium – Unmanned aerial vehicles – Marché public pour la location de drones (réseau DIAB) destinés aux opérations des services de police

Lot 1 (Rental of a DIAB network and control system)

This lot concerns the operational rental, preventive and curative maintenance, insurance, training and complete operational assistance for the police zone. The supplier provides, for the entire duration of the contract, a DIAB system that is compliant and operational, including control systems, as well as all necessary accessories, software licenses and updates, guaranteeing service continuity and compliance with applicable regulations.

Lot 2 (Drone pilot training)

This lot includes all the necessary training for the operational members of the police services who will be responsible for operating the DIAB system above the metropolitan area as part of their missions.

The framework agreement has a maximum duration of four (4) years. The estimated size of the market is as follows:

- The territory of the Brussels CAPITALE Ixelles police zone covers approximately 39 km²; this area corresponds in principle to the zone that will be covered under the present contract.

- The other police zones of the Brussels-Capital Region may, if necessary, place one or more additional orders to cover the rest of the territory of the Brussels-Capital Region (approximately 122 km²).
