Senaatti-kiinteistöt (hereinafter ”the contracting authority” or ”procuring entity”) invites candidates to submit a participation application for the negotiated procedure in accordance with the tender notice published in the Hilma notification channel and this participation request and its annexes. The estimated value of the contract for the contract period is 4 000 000 euros. The contract will last for 4 years, after which it will continue in force indefinitely. We are looking for a contract partner who can comprehensively meet the delivery of the following sub-units: The subject of the procurement consists of five sub-areas, which support a coherent and modern user experience in different channels. The sub-areas are: Maintenance and development of the Senate's websites, design, implementation, publication, continuous development and maintenance of the Senate's mobile application, updating and maintenance of the Senate's Design System, customizable map engine and AI-based chat support bot. The whole is tendered as one procurement subject, since: • The user experience can be designed and implemented coherently and seamlessly in different channels • Shared components, such as the map engine and Design System, serve both the website and the mobile application • Architecture, integrations and data models are designed and implemented as a whole so that they support the long-term development and scalability of the service • Development work progresses agilely with one partner, in which case the context, development roadmap and prioritization remain consistent. The more detailed development model will be decided with the selected supplier.
