Contracting the home telecare service of the Autonomous Community of Galicia, aimed at providing permanent care to users, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, through telecare devices and associated services of care, monitoring, maintenance, installation, incident management and mobilisation of resources in emergency situations. The service will be provided to a maximum of 12,000 telecare users, with progressive implementation during the year 2026 and maintenance of the service during 2027, in accordance with the provisions of the tender documents. The contract will not be divided into lots.
