Czechia – Refuse and waste related services – Úprava a následné využití nebo odstranění odpadu k.č. 19 01 12 ze ZEVO Plzeň

The subject of this public contract is the complete provision of the removal of waste generated from waste incineration at ZEVO Plzeň, i.e. its collection, transport, separation and subsequent material use of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and further use or disposal of the residual mineral and other waste fractions in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste. The public contract will be carried out in accordance with the requirements, conditions, specifications and other data and information, which are detailed in the Tender Documentation. The contracting authority expects the following basic scope of work constituting the public contract: - collection of waste after waste incineration at ZEVO Plzeň and its use or disposal in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste. The waste is regularly evaluated to exclude hazardous properties, for which a Certificate of Exclusion of Hazardous Properties of Waste is available in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste and amending certain other laws, as amended by later regulations and Decree No. 273/2021 Coll., on the details of waste management, - provision of related services associated with the Work, such as in particular the coordination of the Work, insurance, obtaining decisions from administrative authorities in connection with the performance of the Work, training, quality management and ensuring OHS and PO during the performance of the Work.
