Belgium – Computer-related management services – Marché de services d’externalisation des services informatiques relatifs aux infrastructures

The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the outsourcing of IT services related to infrastructure. Description of the services to be performed:

• Start and end of contract operations (transition, migration, etc.)

• Implementation, continuity or replacement for the various servers, services and IT solutions as follows:

- At least one TSE server,

- Migration of our dedicated Exchange server (and mailboxes) to Exchange Online;

- Two SQL servers;

- One Accounting server (Oracle 19 and PostgreSQL 15 compatible) until the end of 2027;

- One server dedicated to HR applications;

- A digital telephone exchange;

- A next-generation antivirus and firewall solution;

- A complete backup system with reliable Backup & Restore;

- A VPN solution for teleworking agents with double authentication;

- An Office365 solution (Business Standard and Premium);

- Connectivity, Housing and Pro Hosting

The servers can be virtual or physical. The description, details and developments of the subject of the contract are explained in the technical section of the special technical specifications.
