The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded in the dynamic purchasing system is the provision of external IT expertise and related services for the design, development, configuration, implementation and commissioning of solutions in the Microsoft Power Platform environment, particularly Microsoft PowerApps, according to the current needs and requirements of the contracting authority. The performance may include, in particular (but not exclusively), analysis, design, development, testing, migration and commissioning, or the implementation of any of the above parts individually.
