Romania – Servers – Contracte de furnizare necesare comunicarii publice 3 loturi

The following contract for the supply of products will be awarded for each lot separately:

- Lot 1: AI Processing Server - 1 unit - estimated value 1.256.198,00 lei excl. VAT;

- Lot 2: VAT Monitoring Equipment 24 posts 1 unit - estimated value 504.132,00 lei excl. VAT;

- Lot 3: Professional Workstation for Software Development and Artificial Intelligence Applications 6 units - estimated value 99.168,00 lei excl. VAT.

Information regarding the receipt of clarification requests and the transmission of responses to clarification requests:

Any clarification request must be submitted in SEAP. After the publication of the participation notice, tenderers may submit clarification requests in the Procedure Details/Questions section. Responses to clarification requests will be made in accordance with art 160 -161 of Law 98/2016.

- The number of days within which clarification requests can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders is: 18 days.

- The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
