France – Construction-site supervision services – Ordonnancement, Pilotage et Coordination Interchantiers (OPCI) pour le réaménagement du pôle gare porté par la CASGBS et du projet de Désaturation de la gare de Sartrouville porté par SNCF Gares & Connexions

The contract includes optional lots defined in the tender documents. The details of the tasks assigned to the contractor are set out in the tender documents. The services are paid for by lump sums. This mission is set within a particular context marked by the concurrence of two major operations conducted by two distinct contracting authorities: - The redevelopment of the station hub operation led by CASGBS; - The passenger building decongestion operation at Sartrouville station led by SNCF Gares & Connexions. These two operations have convergent implementation schedules, geographically interlinked sites and numerous technical, functional and organisational interfaces. They will be carried out in a highly constrained environment, characterised by the maintenance of rail operations, the bus station and user traffic throughout the duration of the works. In this context, the mission assigned to the contractor is to ensure the coordination of interfaces between the two operations in order to guarantee their technical, organisational and temporal compatibility, while allowing each contracting authority to carry out its project in accordance with its own objectives, constraints and responsibilities.
