Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss nicht-exklusiver Rabattvereinbarungen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V (Open-House-Modell)

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of agreements in accordance with § 130a, paragraph 8, SGB V for finished medicinal products with various active substances or active substance combinations within the framework of a so-called "Open-House Model". Membership or contract conclusion can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.09.2026. From this date, the maximum contract duration is 12 or 24 months. The contract ends on 31.08.2027 or 31.08.2028, in each case regardless of the contract start date. If during the contract period the AOK Hessen carries out a tender for exclusive contracts in the form of an Open Procedure for the active substances, the contracts concluded within the framework of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
