Germany – Engineering design services for mechanical and electrical installations for buildings – Fachplanung TGA I Mehrparteienvertrag | Aufbau Kompetenzzentrum KETTE, HIL GmbH

The Federal Republic of Germany intends to restructure the "HIL Werke" (HIL GmbH) located in St. Wendel into the Competence Centre for Tracked Vehicles of the Army (so-called "Competence Centre KETTE"). In the Competence Centre KETTE, tracked vehicles of the Bundeswehr will be maintained and serviced in the future. For this purpose, new workshops and operational halls, as well as other buildings with user-specific facilities, are needed at the St. Wendel site, including, among others, a main workshop for system and component maintenance, as well as logistics and service areas (such as goods receipt, spare parts warehouse), a workshop for, among other things, turbine maintenance, a multifunctional building for, among other things, initial inspection, track maintenance and final inspection, a petrol station, a system wash bay, a joinery/leatherwork shop, an engine test bench, a hall for support areas, an administrative building (for administrative work), as well as the external facilities (including associated civil engineering work and technical infrastructure) required as part of the complete restructuring of the site. The project will be implemented using Integrated Project Implementation (IPA) with the application of a Multi-Party Agreement (MPA).
