Slovenia – Software programming and consultancy services – Vzdrževanje in razvoj prostorske podatkovne infrastrukture Mestne občine Kranj za obdobje od 1. 12. 2026 do 25. 11. 2030

The subject of the public procurement is the maintenance and development of the spatial data infrastructure of the City Municipality of Kranj for the period from 1 December 2026 to 25 November 2030, in accordance with the requirements of the project assignment: Maintenance and development of the spatial data infrastructure of the City Municipality of Kranj, Project Assignment, No. 385-1/2025-SOUOG-11 of 8.7.2026, which is available at https://www.enarocanje.si/. The City Municipality of Kranj has established an integral platform for spatial data on its own server equipment, based on the common needs of the municipal administration departments and in accordance with the adopted strategic documents. This platform allows for the storage, management, preprocessing, and display of spatial data. Key components of the platform, deployed in a virtualized environment, include a unified data core that incorporates internal data from the City Municipality of Kranj and data from external providers, a dedicated solution for importing data from external providers into the data core, and a service layer that, using OGC web services and security mechanisms, enables data to be served to any users. Dedicated information solutions have been developed over the data and services of the platform, which extract data from the platform, write data into it, and are integrated with other systems of the City Municipality of Kranj. The purpose of the public procurement is to ensure the maintenance of all components of the integral platform for spatial data and the existing dedicated solutions, which are based on the services of the platform, and at the same time to expand the scope of municipal business processes, which will be informationally supported by solutions based on the services of the platform.
