The purpose of the procurement is that Lysekils kommun is in need of a purchase of ground protection for Gullmarsvallen. Gullmarsvallen is frequently used for sports and events, but to enable larger concerts, ground cover that protects the grass is required, which the municipality currently lacks. By purchasing its own ground protection, the municipality can offer a more competitive service package and facilitate the implementation of events. The purchase concerns ground protection for 7,000 m2.
