France – Alarm-monitoring services – Prestation de télé sécurité, télésurveillance, dispositifs anti-agression pour la protection des locaux et des agents de la Collectivité de Corse

The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement covers the operation and processing of the following services: - the reception, monitoring, processing and remote management of alarms from the security systems of the Collectivité de Corse sites, including intrusion, fire, technical, video and anti-aggression alarms; - the analysis and processing of alarm events as well as remote doubt resolution when equipment allows; - the application of instructions and procedures defined by the Collectivité de Corse; - the alerting of designated contacts by the Collectivité de Corse and, when conditions justify, emergency services or competent forces; - remote security with on-site intervention, including physical doubt resolution, temporary securing of premises, reception of emergency services and preparation of intervention reports; - the conduct of scheduled or ad-hoc security patrols; - the reception, processing and management of alerts from anti-aggression and PTI/DATI devices; - the supply, installation, configuration and maintenance of anti-aggression and PTI/DATI devices, under the conditions set out in the CCTP; - ad-hoc interventions for verification, control, doubt resolution or site securing; - the ad-hoc deployment of a static security agent under the restrictive conditions set out in the CCTP; - the monitoring, reporting, traceability of events and interventions and the transmission of required reports.
