Poland – Computer equipment and supplies – Postępowanie prowadzone jest w celu zawarcia umowy ramowej na: Zakup wraz z dostarczeniem sprzętu informatycznego i oprogramowania dla potrzeb jednostek Policji garnizonu mazowieckiego” Część II – zgodnego z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ) - z podziałem na zadania nr 1÷12

The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of IT equipment and software for the needs of the Police units of the Mazowieckie garrison, Part II - in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) - with a division into tasks no. 1÷12.

The Contracting Authority does not limit the number of tasks for which the Contractor may submit an offer - partial offers are allowed: number of tasks in the contract – 12. The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more tasks chosen by them. The subject of the contract has been divided into the following tasks:

Task no. 1 – Office desktop computer in the quantity of 1600 units - with a detailed scope, technical, quality and functional parameters not worse than those specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract for task no. 1;

Task no. 2 – High-performance desktop computer in the quantity of 150 units - with a detailed scope, technical, quality and functional parameters not worse than those specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract for task no. 2;

Task no. 3 – Laptop Type I portable computer in the quantity of 480 units – with a detailed scope, technical, quality and functional parameters not worse than those specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract for task no. 3;

Task no. 4 – Laptop Type II portable computer in the quantity of 60 units – with a detailed scope, technical, quality and functional parameters not worse than those specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract for task no. 4;

Task no. 5 – 27” Monitor in the quantity of 2000 units – with a detailed scope, technical, quality and functional parameters not worse than those specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract for task no. 5;

Task no. 6 – 31.5” Monitor in the quantity of 110 units – with a detailed scope, technical, quality and functional parameters not worse than those specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract for task no. 6;

Task no. 7 – Monochrome laser or LED A4 multifunctional device with additional equipment in the quantity of 70 units - with a detailed scope, technical, quality and functional parameters not worse than those specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract for task no. 8;

Task no. 8 – Colour inkjet multifunctional device with additional equipment in the quantity of 10 units - with a detailed scope, technical, quality and functional parameters not worse than those specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract for task no. 8;

Task no. 9 – Label printer with additional equipment in the quantity of 100 units - with a detailed scope, technical, quality and functional parameters not worse than those specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract for task no. 9;

Task no. 10 – Barcode reader with stand in the quantity of 100 units – with a detailed scope, technical, quality and functional parameters not worse than those specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract for task no. 10;

Task no. 11 – Slot scanner with ADF in the quantity of 100 units - with a detailed scope, technical, quality and functional parameters not worse than those specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract for task no. 11;

Task no. 12 – Office software package BOX version in the quantity of 2890 units – with a detailed scope, technical, quality and functional parameters not worse than those specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract for task no. 12.

The Contracting Authority will conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of five (5) Contractors.

The items offered by the Contractor must be, within the scope of tasks no. 1÷11, factory new, free from physical and legal defects, originating from a legal source, and additionally, within the scope of task no. 12, never activated in accordance with recommendations, standards and applicable technical and operational requirements in the territory of Poland and meet the minimum requirements specified in the individual Characteristics of the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) and be covered by at least the minimum warranty period specified accordingly in the individual tasks. The rules of service and warranty have been described in detail in the individual annexes to the OPZ for each of the tasks, which will simultaneously constitute an integral part of the Agreement.

Warranty period. The Contractor will provide a warranty for the offered contract items:

- for tasks no. 1 - 4 the minimum required warranty period is 36 months, the maximum scored 60 months.

- for tasks no. 5 - 10 the minimum required warranty period is 24 months, the maximum scored 48 months.

- for task no. 11 the minimum required warranty period is 12 months, the maximum scored 36 months.

The execution period of the executive contracts may not be longer than 30 calendar days counting from the day following the day of conclusion of the executive contract.

For the assortment indicated in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), the given parameters are minimum values. The offered goods should meet all the regulations regarding the law, its admission for use in Poland and possess the appropriate documents proving compliance with all the necessary standards and guidelines that the product should meet before its admission for use. Whenever the subject of the contract has been described by reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, as mentioned in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority indicates that equivalent solutions described are acceptable, and such a reference is accompanied by the words "or equivalent". In the case of a reference and the simultaneous lack of the indicated words "or equivalent" the Contracting Authority requires that such references should always be treated as if they were accompanied by the words "or equivalent".
