Germany – Load-bearing structure design services – Neubau Feuerwehrhaus Ober-Lais, Nidda - Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung (§51 HOAI) und Leistungen der Bauphysik gemäß Anlage 1.2 HOAI: Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung, Bauakustik und Raumakustik

The city of Nidda plans the new construction of a fire station in the district of Ober-Lais. The tender includes structural design services according to §51 HOAI, LPH 1-9 and building physics services according to Appendix 1.2 HOAI (thermal protection and energy balancing, building acoustics and room acoustics). The contract will be awarded in stages: Stage 1 HOAI LPH 1, 2, 3, 4 and Stage 2 HOAI LPH 5, 6. The space program of the planned new building includes a net floor area of 490.00 m². The construction costs KG 200-400 amount to 3.12 million Euro gross, of which 2.07 million Euro are for KG 300 and 0.87 million Euro for KG 400.
