Czechia – Medical equipments – Dodávka dekontaminační technologie včetně rekonstrukce dekontaminačních místností na Gastroenterologickém centru MNUL

The subject of the public contract is the renovation of the decontamination rooms of the Gastroenterological Centre of Krajská zdravotní, a.s. - Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem, o.z. The subject of the contract includes the supply of medical technology, in particular automatic disinfectors for flexible endoscopes and drying cabinets for flexible endoscopes, medical furniture and other related equipment, as well as the implementation of construction works in the Design & Build regime, including the verification of the existing state, the processing of the necessary project documentation, and the execution of all construction, assembly, and installation works necessary for the proper installation, commissioning, and functional connection of the supplied medical technology. The fulfilment of the public contract is divided into two phases: Phase I includes comprehensive fulfilment, consisting mainly of the reconstruction of decontamination room No. I, including the processing of the relevant project documentation, the execution of the reconstruction, the supply and installation of medical technology, medical furniture, and related equipment, and the commissioning of the entire functional unit. Phase I also includes related interventions in other affected areas, including decontamination room No. II, if they are necessary for the implementation of Phase I and are listed in the technical specification. Phase II includes the remaining comprehensive fulfilment related to decontamination room No. II in the scope determined by the technical specification, with the exception of works and deliveries already carried out as part of Phase I and represents an optional change of obligation pursuant to Article 2.3 of this tender documentation, which the contracting authority is entitled, but not obliged, to utilise under the conditions set out in the tender documentation and the contract.
