With the B3-Haus as the "Citizens' House for Encounters and Activity," a new location for the social, cultural, and associative life of the municipality is being created in the Niederzier district of Oberzier on the site of the clubhouse. As part of this tender, the structural engineering services for the new building are to be awarded. This includes the static and structural design of the building. The project addresses the lack of a suitable meeting point for gatherings and public spaces for encounters in the locality. At the same time, a clubhouse previously located at this address no longer meets the requirements of the target user groups and is in urgent need of renovation. Against this background, the multifunctional B3-Haus as the "Citizens' House for Encounters and Activity" is being created on the site of the former clubhouse.
