Poland – Miscellaneous fire-protection equipment – Dostawa sprzętu przeciwpożarowego dla Oddziałów Polskiej Grupy Górniczej S.A. - nr grupy 285-5

The subject of the contract is the supply of firefighting equipment for the Units of Polska Grupa Górnicza S.A. - group number 285-5. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into tasks. The type and quantities of tasks are detailed in the Offer Form, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, as well as the legal requirements and technical-user parameters, are specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The quantitative scope of the subject of the contract is the estimated scope determined by the Purchaser with due care. The Purchaser, despite exercising due care, does not guarantee the full implementation of the contract due to the nature of the activity carried out. 4. To confirm that the offered service is in accordance with the requirements of the Purchaser, it is necessary to submit, together with the offer, the relevant evidentiary means. 5. The Purchaser does not allow the submission of variant offers. 6. The Purchaser reserves the right to change the quantities of the ordered goods within the framework of individual assortment positions and to place orders according to actual needs, with the proviso that the total value of the deliveries does not exceed the value of the contract. 7. In the case of the contract (task) no. 1-14, the submitted offer must cover the entire scope and quantity of the contract (task). In the case of the contract (task) no. 15, the Purchaser allows the possibility of submitting partial offers for individual assortment positions (spare parts listed in Annex 2 to the SWZ) within the task. The submitted offer must cover the entire quantity range of the given position. The number of assortment positions in task no. 15 is: 12. 8. The Purchaser envisages the possibility of submitting an offer by one Contractor for one or more parts of the contract (tasks/positions). 9. The procedure for awarding the sectoral contract is conducted in the form of an open tender based on the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 on Public Procurement (Dz.U. poz. 2019 ze zm.), hereinafter referred to as the Pzp Act. 10. The procedure is conducted in the Polish language.
