Poland – Limestone – Ustanowienie Dynamicznego Systemu Zakupów dotyczącego dostaw sorbentów wapiennych (w kategorii: sorbent ultradrobny) do PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. w latach 2026-2029

The subject of the Contract is the supply of lime sorbents in the category of ultra-fine sorbent to the production units of PGE GiEK S.A., described in the Appendix to the Information on the Establishment of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority reserves the right that the Description of the Subject of the Contract, which is the Appendix to the Information on the Establishment of the Contracting Authority, is preliminary in nature, and the requirements specified therein may change. The final requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the description of the subject and the rules for the implementation of a given Contract will be specified in the SWZ, transmitted as part of the given Contract. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to divide the Subject of the Contract into Parts during the Contracting Procedures, with the simultaneous determination of the maximum number of Parts that may be awarded to one Contractor.
