Poland – Modular and portable buildings – Posadowienie elektronicznych altan śmietnikowych (3 szt.)

The subject of the order is the installation of 3 electronic waste collection points (altan) for the selective collection of municipal waste in the city of Chełm, equipped with an access control system, a visual monitoring system, an IT system for managing the operation of the waste collection points, and a designated space for the transfer of items for reuse. 2. The waste collection points will enable: •the collection of a minimum of 12 waste fractions, •the collection of problematic waste (e.g. textiles, small electrical and electronic equipment, batteries, expired medicines, small plastic items), •the temporary transfer of items for reuse (“second life”), •user identification and registration of transferred waste, •optimization of collection logistics through monitoring of fill levels. 3. The subject of the order also includes: •delivery of waste containers, •delivery of access cards, •providing access to the IT system in a remote model (cloud), •transport, assembly, and commissioning, •training of the Purchaser's staff, •conducting a functional test, •preparing and conducting an information and education campaign, •providing a quality guarantee. 4. The waste collection points will be factory new, free from physical and legal defects. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex No. 2 and Annex No. 2a to the SWZ. 6. The offer should include the valuation of all related services, indirectly related to the subject of the procedure, i.e. in particular: customs duties, administrative fees, transport costs, loading and unloading, assembly, commissioning, training of the Purchaser's staff, conducting tests, preparing and conducting an information and education campaign, insurance during transport to the Purchaser's premises, and all other costs necessary for the proper execution of the order. 7. The minimum warranty conditions and the conditions for the execution of the subject of the order are specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 8. The order is implemented as part of the Project "Modernization of the Municipal Waste Processing Plant MPGK Sp. z o.o. in Chełm" co-financed under Action 3.6 Waste Management in the Public Sector (project type 1,3,4) Priority III Environmental and Climate Resource Protection of the European Funds for Lublin 2021-2027.
