For the extension of the SWU Verkehr GmbH tram vehicles by 11 meters, structural renovation measures are required at various operational facilities on the SWU depot, which are necessary for the maintenance and upkeep of the vehicles, so that the function of these facilities can also be fulfilled for the extended vehicles. The individual measures concern Hall C with parking areas, the operating workshop with workstations and the washing hall, the central workshop in Hall E, as well as the adaptation of the tracks in the outdoor area in front of Hall E.
