The present procedure involves the award of the service of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Coordination (EIA-C), preparation of the subject-specific expert reports "Human - Settlement Area, Spatial Planning", "Landscape", "Property", "Cultural Property", "Area" and "Soil". Preparation of an EIA expert report "Use Interests" and preparation of a soil protection concept as part of the preparation of a submission project according to UVP-G (Environmental Impact Assessment Act) idgF within the framework of a fully concentrated procedure for the project "Stockerau - Retz; selective 2-track expansion". Furthermore, the present procedure optionally includes accompaniment during the detailed planning phase.
